Jonathan Lambert (PhD student) defended his thesis "MCUB Regulates the Molecular Composition of the Mitochondrial Calcium Uniporter Channel to Limit Mitochondrial Calcium Overload During Stress" on May 16th. The lab celebrated his successful defense at Evil Genius Brewery in Fishtown. Jonathan has now moved onto a postdoc position with Luca Scoranno in Italy. Congratulations Jonathan and best of luck!
Dr. Tim Luongo, alumni of the Elrod lab, came back to celebrate the newly minted Dr. Lambert. He brought his son to meet the lab as well.
